Precision and divine beauty also in other fields of nature

When you observe the subtle changes in the qualities of time, from day to day, you note a pulsating rhythm with manyfold vibrations in the different strata of life, showing up as events. At the moment we witness turbulences in the world of finances and power, shaking the value system. Billions, trillions of dollars seem to disappear into nothingness (see the last post). The waves of these phenomena are generated from deep-down causes of greed and, more subtle, of selfishness. And they cause virulent repercussions in the foam of the media, and more concrete in the consumption patterns, in the job situation of many people.

Besides these waves of the “financial tsunami” there are many other strata of life touching you – the general conditions of living, the surroundings of nature, the family situation… In our lives we feel the body going through processes of change and thus the physical vehicle for our expression in life changes. When you look inside, you feel inner reactions of feelings, fears of change or expectations.

And more deeply there are the innermost foundations upon which our life is built – it is not the cell structure or the atoms, bu the foundations of existence, That, which I AM. In the daily stream of events this gets easily forgotten, but we are anchored in it. And while the outer waves might go high, I feel that the rhythm of daily meditation and alignment gives a stable stand.

It seems that more storm clouds are on the horizon of time, the signs for the next years are full of thunder and lightning. Also from the energertic point described in spiritual astrology, there are indications of deep transformations ahead. All the more it is important to stay firmly grounded, rooted to the ground. A well-rooted tree easily stands a storm, especially when it stands together with others.

The rhythm of time is a dynamic dance of creation.

Concerning the present stock market crash there was a nice anecdote from the times of the crash of 1929 in our local newspaper:

In the States an immigrant built up a little business. He worked hard and slowly met with success. Years later he was asked if he didn’t have problems during the time of the crisis.  Depression?, he answered. Oh no, he didn’t feel anything. In the beginning he didn’t understand any word of English and therefore didn’t read the newspapers. So he didn’t know that there was a crisis…

The same “imperceptibility” is true with the path of light: For most people it simply doesn’t exist. They go on making their experiences in the outer world and go through the related difficulties. Some are using the occasion which time offers now, they align with the soul and discover their inner potentials. For them the Aquarian age is becoming a reality – for the others the time of darkness continues. You might like to have a look at the Lunar Messenger on “Meditation for the Aquarian Age“.

Inspired by an initiative of an American group of meditators I planted a little rose quartz heart into the flower-bed right in front of the bank about 10 years ago, with the thought that the energies of money and gold might be directed to evolutionary purposes.

The autumn days are growing shorter with a great pace, and some storms have swept the trees and covered the streets with a wet, slippery foliage. Like the vital force of the trees is withdrawing inside, the mood of the time is also turning more inside. A time for more subjective work, to counter-balance the outgoing tide.

There are still a lot of faint green and golden yellow leaves on the branches, but you virtually feel that the pulse of life is receding. At work, it doesn’t seem to be be so, for the waves of activity are running high, though the peak in the project I’m managing seems to be over now.

In the morning when driving to my office the lights of the cars and the street lamps create mosaics of  specks of light, especially when it is raining. At the moment, however, the autumn sun is shedding golden rays through a blue sky. The photos show scenes from my way to the office of last Thursday.

A few days ago a friend from Cameroun wrote to me (in French) about the daily morning and evening meditation / prayer times: “It’s strange to structure one’s life around two rendezvous with a 12 hour interval. I find this very structuring, and you? …”

I answered him: “Yes, it creates a structure, a resonance, a vibration. For me it is like taking a moment of a deep breath in this time of rendezvous with the silence, the soul. The daily rotating calms down. It is not a burden, but very refreshing, filling me with energy…”

I just read the latest issue of the Swiss “NZZ-folio” magazine the topic of which is “For Free – Business Model of the Future?“. Some articles show how people get blinded when they hear that they can get something for free – they forget that normally there is a catch in it. Free newspapers, free phones, free drinks,  – there are many ways of seducing and of capturing the attention.

Of course little value is often attached to things which are given for free or for half the price, and on the web it is nearly taken for granted that you get content or a lot of software for free. The motives of doing so vary – personal satisfaction, making a name for oneself, getting people attracted to some other offer… There are enterprises engaged in philanthropic activities, where there is no financial “return on investment”, but a gain in reputation. But the self-related motives remain, though they might not be visible at the first sight.

There are people doing service activities with a selfless motive, or even without a motive at all. This way of acting is not catchy. But the thing is that by receiving benefits you remain in a receptive mood and get into passivity. Today I came across a beautiful video on YouTube about “The 12 Keys of Spiritual Activism” by Humanity Healing Network. You find the text of the 12 Keys also on their site. The purpose of their activities is:

Humanity Healing was started to combine Healing with Spiritual growth to offer a more complete healing to those in need. We believe that true Lightworking consists of service to others. A friend from Canada sent me today a link to a page of The Boston Globe with 38 beautiful photos of an exposition called Earth from Above, by the photographer Yann Arhus-Bertrand. With his pictures he wants to inspire people to think globally about sustainable living. Next year May 1 to June 28 there will be an outdoor exposition of 150 large photographs in New York City and 2010 in California. Awe-inspiring impressions of Mother Earth!

I yesterday saw a small video with a talk by Paul Hawken about his book “Blessed Unrest. How the largest movement of the world came into being and why no one saw it coming.” I was deeply touched by the way he presents the global development of hundreds of thousands of grassroots organizations that address social and environmental justice.

“Paul Hawken has spent over a decade researching organizations dedicated to restoring the environment and fostering social justice. From billion-dollar nonprofits to single-person dot.causes, these groups collectively comprise the largest movement on earth, a movement that has no name, leader, or location, and that has gone largely ignored by politicians and the media. Like nature itself, it is organizing from the bottom up, in every city, town, and culture. and is emerging to be an extraordinary and creative expression of people’s needs worldwide.
