Kind of a Pilgrimage to the Lake Constance Area

July 24th, 2025

My annual visits at the beginning of July to my friends in Heiligenberg in the Lake Constance area are more than just warm visits for me. Spending time together with meditations, exchanges and excursions, relaxing and “bathing” in the beauty of the lush nature of the area and especially in the little “paradise garden” cultivated by Manfred, speaking about spiritual topics and experiences, meeting with other group members of the surrounding – this is for me a time of retreat and kind of a pilgrimage.
Meaning – readjusting by being in a different surrounding and on perceiving afresh the subtle worlds and the divine through beauty and in exchanges/encounters.

On the day of my arrival, they took me to a farmhouse transformed into a theatre, the “Hoftheater” for a presentation of cabaret artist Stephan Bauer about “Married couples go to heaven – they’ve already been to hell”… It was very humorous. At the entrance to the farm parking there was a beautiful old statue of Christ blessing:

Statues of sacredness had been part of everyday life in the past but have largely disappeared in today’s outer life, esp. beyond the religious. However, they serve as signposts to orient within and vertically to the Light.

Sunset over the countryside at the farmhouse – rays of light divine showering down in a grand, hardly observed show

I passed some time of the days in the beautiful garden in Heiligenberg, reading, resting, and contemplating.

Friends in the garden in Heiligenberg, picking raspberries

Two friends / group members joined us in evening for meditating and dinner – a group life.

The next day, I went with Victoria to a pilgrimage place of worship of St Mary at a rock wall in a forest near a brook.

The little chapel at a rock wall

People come here for praying to St Mary, some have hung up prayers or votive images with thanks for healing.

Wisdom books in the home of Manfred and Sabine

We exchanged about the wisdom teachings and teaching them to co-students and interested persons. Manfred has a website (German) called ‘Yoga of Synthesis‘ where he presents introductions to many facets of the wisdom teachings and talks he had given, and he organises group meetings. To kindle the inner fire of students is mostly a long path, and there are many directions people can turn their focus of life …

A statue of Lord Krishna given to a German couple by Master Kumar 28 years ago, now in the home at Heiligenberg

Manfred has another website on the healing powers of plants, and with a group, they have worked out existing knowledge about herbs to make it available in an understandable way. He has a great knowledge of and dedication to cultivating flowers and plants.

Very near to the place where they are living, there is a big nursery with a plant shop and plenty of statues for sale called Bamboo Forest. It is in a valley along a brook at the place of an old mill. A beautiful place where they have plenty of replicas of Buddha and Ganesha statues and other objects of garden art. Even as decorative garden objects, they bring in a silent, meditative orientation to the place.

By chance, we met the owner of the “Bamboo Forest”, a good acquaintance of Manfred who had built up the entire area from bottom up within 20 years. He had radiant eyes and you could feel his enthusiasm. In his youth, he wanted to become an archeologist but now he travels around the world, especially to the East and Far East, to find places where such artworks are created for importing them. It was fascinating to listen to him.

He told us that he also go the rights from museums to reproduce artwork of Leonardo da Vinci and other classics which he displays over the brook, in trees and at little lakes. A masterly visualisation of sublime presence.

Christ as Salvator Mundi, probably by Leonardo, in the trees

We also went to two Peace Forests (FriedWald) in Heiligenberg, where urns can be buried next to trees. (In Germany, you cannot just poor ashes into forests, there are reserved places.) Many people have reserved places at registered trees where they plan to have their urns placed or where urns are already place. It was a beautiful and somehow sacred ambiance, with people sitting near trees, probably to feel close to the remains of loved ones. And for pondering on the eternal Presence beyond the physical, expressed through the “trees of life”.

Towards the end of my stay, we went to the Langenargen Festival located directly at the Lake Constance and with the Montfort Castle in the background.

That evening, they performed Romeo and Juliet on the open-air stage. Due to my hearing impairment, we received places at the first row. The weather was very warm, and while the performance was going on, there was a gorgeous sunset over the lake. The tragic love story by William Shakespeare was a bit modernised and the artists played captivatingly. Shakespeare was teaching people through the play the fatal impact of letting lower emotions (of servants, soldiers and rulers) cause fights which finally bring about the death of the couple in love, but not of love itself. Through the enactments of the plays the love and teaching goes on.
I felt it to be a divine blessing to witness all the beauty and wisdom experienced during these days.

22 July: 75th birthday of Mother Krishna Kumari

July 21st, 2025

It is for our inspiration and upliftment that we remember and celebrate the birthdays of great souls. They are like guiding lights and their example keeps on inspiring us. They give us strength, support us on our path and help us align with our soul.

One such great soul is Mother Krishna Kumari (22 July 1951 – 17 April 2020). On 22 July, we celebrate her 75th birthday (Indian counting). She was the wife of Master Kumar. For about 50 years, they were working together, having married in 1972. She gave him strength and support in his activities and accompanied him on many journeys. She was a loving mother of two children and she created a warm ambiance of welcome and motherly care to many of the people who flocked together in their home and in the WTT.

I met her many times, in India and in the West. She was engaged in activities of goodwill, esp. in food distribution. She was present and protective but she never put herself in the spotlight.

Her biography, “A Mother to Many”, written by her son Guru Prasad, gives insight into many facets of her life. It is available in 4 languages (PDF): English (Print version), German, French, Spanish.

Thank you, dear Kumari-Garu for all that you had given to us with your profound love.

Leo – the Inner and the Outer Heart

July 18th, 2025

The heart centre within us corresponds to the energy of Leo. The Sun rules the sign of Leo. Its symbol is the circle with a central point. Whenever the Sun transits through this sign, it stimulates the leonine qualities in us.

Leo is the sign of self-consciousness, and the Sun in the heart lotus is its symbol. The self-awareness of a personality that is proud of itself is the first level of development in a human and it is different from being aware of the Self or the Soul. The little ‘I am’ of the personality finds the great ‘I AM’ of the Soul through contemplation in the heart centre.

The heart centre is the pulsating space where we can receive love-energy from subtle sources. The heart is the divine ‘micro-space’, while the cosmic space is the ‘macro-space’ or the absolute God. This space is also located in our heart, the lion’s den. We are the heart of space.

To illustrate the relationship between the inner space of the lion’s den and cosmic space, I used details of the bronze figure of “A Kashmiri in Meditation” by Malvina Hoffman of the Wellcome Trust ( © ). The figure is surrounded by a circle that extends beyond the surface of the picture. At the centre of the circle there is the figure of a gold-coloured lion. It is surrounded by a blue field as the ‘lion’s den’ in the heart, designed with the image of a diamond.

Elements of Nasa photos of galaxies were used for the background, in which the petals of a sunflower are integrated. They refer to the petals of the heart lotus.

The Images of Synthesis for the month of Leo illustrate the related symbolism. You find there all previous Leo paintings with detailed explanations in four languages (en/de/es/fr). Celebrating Summer Solstice 2025 at the Paracelsus Center

June 28th, 2025

Solstices and equinoxes are meant for attuning to the rhythm and beauty of nature and the subtle energies of time. Aligning ourselves helps to reorder our energies and become more integrated into the larger systems of creation.

Over the last 8 years, we have been gathering for summer solstice celebrations at the Paracelsus Center of WTT located at the birth place of Paracelsus next to a bridge across the Sihl river (known as Teufelsbrücke, Devil’s Bridge) near Einsiedeln, Switzerland.

View from a window of the Paracelsus Center. The river runs along the feet of the hill.

This year, we were a small group of friends coming from Austria, South Germany and Switzerland. We again started with a fire ritual on the mountain ridge of the Etzel pass. It was a sublime ambiance at this silent place with a phantastic view to the surrounding hills and mountains.

Afterwards, in the Paracelsus Center, we contemplated on the solstice energies, did a little candle ritual and meditation and had an exchange on some spiritual topics. Of course, cooking and eating together also form part of the solstice gathering.

16 Cancer Paintings

June 26th, 2025

The water sign Cancer is ruled by the Moon. Moon is the reflective principle and represents the lower reflective mind. When our thinking is affected by the fluctuations of moods, our thinking and impressions become distorted. When our mind is distorted, what we think we have heard from others does not reflect reality. It is important to build the lower mind with real information and to purify and train our lower brain mind. Saturn is the higher dimension of the Moon and rules Cancer on the higher planes. Saturn teaches us patience and tolerance. When we have learned our lessons, Saturn passes us on to Jupiter. Jupiter slowly opens up the higher realms of wisdom to us.

Facets of a Journey to the May Call Celebration 2025 in Spain

June 18th, 2025

This year, the European Master CVV May Call Day celebration took place in Platja D’Aro, a coastal town in the province of Girona at the Costa Brava, Spain, from 27 – 31 May 2025. I travelled with a small group of friends, flying from Memmingen near Munich to Girona.

We flew one day earlier and stayed a few days afterwards. I share here some impressions from the journey. Note the observations at the end of the blogpost.

Rainy early morning start in Memmingen

Some more members from Germany arrived in Girona around the same time. We rent cars for the group journeys and drove to Platja D’Aro. The huge hotel was located in a shopping area near a little marina. Boats in the harbour sleeping, many houses around nearly empty – pre-season time.

Stairway to Girona Cathedral

Next morning, our little group went to Girona for visiting the Cathedral, the Basilica San Feliu and the old town. Plenty of tourists were already filling the streets and parkings – and we among them. I had visited Girona and the cathedral on a group journey and with family. There is a magic of profound spiritual aspiration crystallised to stones and sacred art of earlier centuries, captured in huge church halls with coloured windows, altars and angels. Nature, the river, and the buildings around reflected a long history.

A huge cosmological painting of the biblical creation

Tuesday afternoon, the May Call celebration started. There were over 180 members mainly from Spain but also from different European countries and from North and South America. A travel group of 16 members, together with Guru Prasad and his wife, had come from India, and they had visited several spiritually important places in Europe. The program of the group life had a good rhythm of meditations, lectures, and leisure time for exchanges and rest.

The dais with the little altar
Group meditation

There were videos of Master KPK teaching and series of lectures by Guru Prasad on “The Yoga of Master CVV and its Practice” – all talks were with physical and zoom translation teams of members.

Wednesday evening, we had the meeting of the Executive and Advisory groups of WTT-Global, physical and via zoom – a technical challenge.

Besides the morning and evening meditations & noon alignments, there was a Water Ritual and a Fire Ritual with a marriage ceremony.

Fire ritual on the huge terrace of the hotel

There were exchanges of gifts and presentations of books and of the Annual Report 2025 of WTT-Global.

Presenting the Annual Report

There were several speeches by group members (here the text of the talk on “Brotherhood“). And, above all, there were many exchanges with other members during the whole group life, and very intense networking in a spirit of synthesis.

At a little beach in Platja D’Aro

Soon the May Call time was already over and saying good-bye to the friends from the bigger group.
Our small travel group stayed together for a few more days in a nice apartment at Calella de Palafrugell at the Costa Brava. It was a beautiful little group life, after the bigger May Call group life, travelling, meditating, cooking, experiencing the surroundings together.

Early morning before sunrise in Calella – the beach being still empty

On 2 June, we made an excursion to the monastery of Montserrat. Many tourists were around. We tried to stay aligned to the sublime energy of the place.

Photo shooting – the entrance to the cathedral as a décor for social media influencers?
Inside the cathedral with the Black Madonna at the centre
The Madonna and the Child
At the bottom of the Black Madonna you see two pine cones – I once read that occultly these are not decorative elements but hint at the highest in the human being, the pineal gland of the head center.
In between in the middle, at the feet of the Madonna, there is a silver sea shell – symbol of the Star of the Sea, the World Mother.
The Child is also holding a pine-cone like ball in his left hand.

Very early morning on the 4th, we returned via Girona back to Germany – jumping back into cold weather and another ambiance. At evening prayer time at the home of friends in the Lake Constance area, we saw a big wall of black clouds approaching. A dangerous thunderstorm was announced. Will it destroy the fruits and flowers in the garden and in the surroundings?

Two of us instinctively asked the Devas during meditation to let their energy come down in a soft way. Torrential rains came but nothing in the garden was destroyed – accidentally?
At the end of the meditation a bright ray of sunshine lightened the room – a sharp contrast to the nearby area of dark weather. We felt thankful for the blessing and protection during the journey.

Next day in the news, there was a report about the thunderstorm hitting the Allgäu and an emergency landing at the same airport where we had returned, with several persons hurt.

Cancer – Planetary Fusion

June 13th, 2025

The watery sign of Cancer is ruled by Moon. On the lower planes it represents the consciousness of the masses tinged by floods of emotions. Moon reflects the rays of all other planets, especially of Neptune. On the lower planes, Neptune causes (self-) delusion and glamour. On the higher planes, Neptune refines us, offering profound experiences of ecstatic joy and absorption into oceanic states of awareness. Its colour is aquamarine.

The painting is an inner and outer contemplation. You see a shape of the earth as floating in the ocean of space, a fragile jewel and our home and basis of physical existence. The sea surf in the lower part of the image forms part of the ocean but is also a latent menace of flooding when the heat of the earth increases. As per prophecies in the scriptures, our present wave of humanity will either learn to master the fire / heat or be destroyed.

In the upper part you see a garland of seven stars representing the cosmic Seven Rays from where energies pour forth. Their planetary counterparts are depicted by seven flame-like drops created with transformed photos of aquamarines – the prevalent colour of the image – and a blue jewel, taken in a shop at Iguaçu Falls in Brazil. The drops and the stars indicate the help coming from higher dimensions if we orient to them.

End of March 2025, Neptune entered Aries for a new cycle of 164 years. Saturn, representing laws and regulations, will follow soon and form a conjunction with Neptune, in sextile with Pluto in Aquarius. The painting has been created during this time. It invites us to ponder on the incoming energies, on what we see and what we don’t see and what we might add by our knowledge and awareness in order to gain a more complex picture of the planetary fusion of all life on the planet being one whole.

16 Gemini Paintings

May 22nd, 2025

In Gemini, the One Existence becomes Two. The entire creation is based on opposites – male and female, spirit and matter, light and darkness. Duality exists through the apparent opposites. If we allow ourselves to be drawn into the multiplicity (one side or the other) without understanding their unity, we end up in the conflict of duality.
The higher quality of Gemini is the free relationship – freedom through love. Relationships can exist without binding each other. Even in marriage and other types of relationships, beautiful free associations can exist to connect with each other in kindness and joy.

Micro Rituals

May 22nd, 2025

You might not have heard about “micro rituals” -no wonder, that’s how I call self-created little rituals of different kind. I know many here in the West are allergic to rituals – rituals are often associated with the pomp and the old-fashioned forms of a spirituality of the past. However, we are now in a time of the incoming Seventh Ray of rhythm and order, of white magical transformation, coming in with fresh energies.
You can forget any lengthy and complicated papers and explanations when it comes to micro rituals. They are something I like to do – and you might like them, too, or already do them without coining them as “micro rituals”:

Whenever you like to repeat something in a regular and rhythmic way, it might already be a micro ritual. It can be in many forms of everyday life, for example how you keep order in the kitchen or bathroom with some loving care to the order. It might become a ritual when you do it with attention and awareness, not just automatically. Done automatically, it is on the way of becoming crystalized – the danger and death of any ritualistic activity.
You can keep it alive with maintaining awareness of the presence of suble energies.

It might be the way you water your flowers, or lighten a candle, or how you decorate a little altar. Micro rituals should bring some shine into your life. In 2005, after a long marriage ritual in Visakhapatnam, Master Kumar told us that doing these rituals manifests some light and magnetism in the surroundings which you cannot manifest otherwise -and all of us had strongly felt this.

The magnetic impact can also be felt and manifested in miniature form with a micro ritual. What is important is to inwardly align with it to the subtle world, to the divine, to the greater whole. When you are aware of the beauty and magnetism of what you are doing as a micro ritual, it manifests in your surroundings.

I like doing regularly short visualisations or the short version of the fire ritual. I created some rituals myself, like a little fire ritual when outside it is raining, using seven candles. Just do your own experiments -it needs perseverance our of free will and maintaining a rhythm over a longer time without feeling any inner pressure to do so, like watering a flower on a specific day at a specific time. (I water a flower every Saturday morning.) After some time you will start liking it and it becomes part of your inner rhythm, of your life.

No time for this? Having “no time” is having “no will for this”. Creating a short space in time is part of the subtle mobilising of the will through love. If you love it you will find time to do it. Otherwise better leave it. Will you then have more time? For what? It creates some white magic in life by doing micro rituals.

The seven candles of the ‘indoor fire ritual’
