Telegram Channel: Wisdom Buds for Friends of WTT

Thursday, August 4th, 2022

Like a flower needs time before sprouting, the idea was already “in the air” for some time but it got concrete during the last week: today, there is the launch of the new Telegram channel ‘Wisdom Buds for Friends of WTT‘.

We chose this date, because today, on August 4th, we commemorate the birthday of Master CVV (1868-1922), who anchored the Aquarian energy on our planet. As per Indian counting, this year is his 155th birthday; as per Western counting we now celebrate his 154th birthday.
Many times, I blogged about him, and this time in the context of the launch of the Wisdom Buds channel, because it is inspired by the energy of synthesis which Master CVV brought in. Preparing the launch together with two friends and with an Aquarian spirit of cooperation has been an inspiring experience.

The purpose of Wisdom Buds is to create a platform for sharing ideas and thoughts inspired by the wisdom teachings of the World Teacher Trust with friends of WTT. It is not a chat – only admins can post. And the team takes charge that the spirit of Wisdom Buds is kept alive.

There is an English and a German branch of the Wisdom Buds channel so far:
English: https://t.me/wtt_wisdom_buds
German: https://t.me/wtt_blueten_der_weisheit

Would like to know more? Join the team of admins/contributors? – here it goes.

Wisdom Buds is part of the Friends of WTT network. It’s symbol is the conch:

The Call of Paracelsus. An Interview

Friday, July 22nd, 2022

The Anima Channel team asked me for an interview about the Paracelsus Center in Einsiedeln, Switzerland, with which I am involved since 1999. And with Anima since the start in August 2020. They wanted to know more about the place of the Paracelsus House and how a group of people is keeping it alive and vibrant.

They had visited the place end of May and done some videos about Paracelsus in English and in Spanish The interview was on 13 July, Cancer full moon morning. The video was published today.

More about the Paracelsus Center and the Paracelsus Magazine here.

Celebrating Summer Solstice 2022 at the Paracelsus Centre

Thursday, June 30th, 2022

Summer Solstice – already more than a week has passed by. Like in previous years, we wanted to celebrate the beginning of summer at the Paracelsus centre and start with a solstice fire ritual on the mountain ridge near the Etzel Pass at a place with a grand view towards Einsiedeln, the surrounding mountains and, on the other side, the Zurich lake.

You find in the following some impressions – but please see also the report of the “Anima” team about their visit to the Paracelsus centre end of May at the end of this blogpost.

During the fire ritual, there was very sublime ambiance and we could feel the presence of the Devas, subtile intelligences. At the very end of the ritual, a short spray of raindrops gave us their blessing touch for 1-2 minutes.

Around the solstice time of the entrance of the Sun into Cancer, we did a meditation in alignment with the many groups celebrating solstice globally. Afterwards we went down into the valley to the Paracelsus centre, where we prepared a little altar and aligned to the solstice energies with some mantram chanting and reading a text on the importance of summer solstice.

We had brought a copy of the painting of Nicholas Roerich ‘Song of Shambala’ for relating to the Shambala energy together with those of Paracelsus, the great Master, alchemist and fire philosopher.

In the afternoon, we did a walk in the surrounding and down to the Sihl river flowing through the valley.

We concluded the celebration with some exchange and the evening meditation. Since the direct road to Einsiedeln for the way back was closed due to repair, we had to make a little detour which brought us along the Sihl lake – and gave an excellent close with a foot bath.

The next morning, at the monthly Zoom exchange with the Anima team, they told about their experiences at the Paracelsus centre during their visit around May Call (29 May) to do some videos. I would like to share here the inspiring text they wrote about their visit:

Four WTT members from Argentina, Belgium and Spain felt the call to visit Paracelsus House in Switzerland. One of us came from Bristol (England) by plane, another one also from Bristol by car via Brussels (more than 1.200 km overcoming a long blockage in the Eurotunnel) and the last two of us by car from Barcelona covering about 2.200 km including both ways in an interval of 60 hours.

The effort was worth by far. From the moment when stepped in the Paracelsus House we felt an extraordinary embracing and welcoming sense of peace. A silence, not only external, but above all subtle.

This small group received the cooperation of a non-WTT member living in Zurich who joined the work. Those 5 people performed a ritual regarding to each element: a fire ritual in a safe place near a water stream that goes to river Sihl, a water ritual in the house, a ritual for the air on the top of a mountain and a silent ritual about the earth on the crypt of Einsiedeln Abbey with the presence of the Black Madonna.

In all these places we could feel the presence of the mother nature that rules over the valley and was the background force that allowed Paracelsus to connect with the elements and the elementals.

We also felt that to visit Paracelsus house, inner fire and will must be activated. The presence of Paracelsus energy is sublime, but silent and concealed and it is bestowed to those who do the required work and approach in poise, with simplicity and humbleness. At the end we understood that it was not only an experience but also a test of readiness and will.

As a result of the visit, as members of ANIMA team (a communication project that intends to spread useful wisdom), the group produced several videos about the life of Paracelsus, the energy of the valley, the meaning of alchemy and the group of fire philosophers. The videos will be publishing once a week during the next 3 months.

You can find the Spanish videos with English subtitles in this channel. And the English videos in this channel (one video, others under production).

The French Version of the Sripada Biography has Come to Light

Thursday, April 28th, 2022

It was a long journey, together with this biography – and it reflected in this blog since November 2014. But now it is out, in French, published in PDF form.

An German version cam in December 2016, an English version in summer 2019. When I first informed the groups of WTT on 22 January 2015, after returning from India, about the “Biography of Sripada Srivallabha, Avatar of Lord Dattatreya”, I wrote:

“According to Master DK, the motto of India is “I hide the Light”. One of the most brilliant lights still very much hidden in India is the knowledge of the Avatars of Lord Dattatreya, the Cosmic Teacher Principle. Sripada Srivallabha (1320-1350) is the first incarnation (avatara) of Lord Dattatreya in this cycle. Only a few years ago appeared the biography of Sripada (“Sreepada Sreevallabha Charitaamrutam”) in English…. 6 January 2015, the group of the WTT-seminar visited Pithapuram, the place where Sripada incarnated about 700 years ago. Master KPK gave an introduction to this visit and after the visit a further explanation…”

And: “A German and Spanish translation are on the way. If you are interested to translate the book to another language, you might contact me….

The next day, my French friend from New Caledonia contacted me: “Well, so this translation is definitely my plan just after I finish what I translate right now … So let’s say, that I’ll start in ARIES !!!” So he started.

He only told me today, when I sent him the old e-mail, over 7 years later: “Actually, it started way back then, in Dattatreya ashram in Mysore in 2006 I think, where I made first a promise to translate something of Datta in French given to me there, but for some reason, it was always postponed and abandoned. But I finally fulfilled this promise with the KPK booklet about Sri Datta. It was but the first step toward more translation with the biography, preparing myself to meet again Sri Datta. So I stepped into a more daily practise with Him…”

We did not yet know beginning 2015 that in the course of developing the German version the need would come up to develop a new English version. And that after the German version was published in 2016, together with a new website about Sripada and the avatars of Lord Dattatreya , and the first new edition of the English version in 2019, it would take 3 more years for the French version to appear. And many obstacles had to be overcome, with great perseverance.

But this is nothing, compared to the fact that the biography was written during Sripada’s life time in the 14th century AD, but, as decreed by him, the work was kept secret for thirty three generations. It came to light in 2001, first published in Telugu and then translated into several other languages.
It is an extraordinary book about Sripada Srivallabha, the first incarnation of Lord Dattatreya. In an exciting and entertaining way, it gives an insight into the fascinating life of Sripada, his sportive plays, teachings, prophecies and miracles. However, it also demands a will to go into it.

When I asked Sri Kumar, why he did not mention the avatars of Lord Dattatreya in his small book about Sri Dattatreya, he replied: “The West cannot understand”. For years, he waited until Westerners started showing interest. He did not want to push anything which was not requested. But more and more started to request this book and the interest grew.

My friend Sébastien, the translator, will get a few copies printed in New Caledonia in a simple print version, without images – you might contact him. If you are interested in organizing a print on demand version in Europe or America or further diffusion of the book, please contact me.

You can download the book here for free. See also here. On this website of WTT-Global you also find the other language versions.

In the book Sripada says about the book: “I will remain in a subtle form in every place where My biography is devotedly read.” “Don’t think that Sri Charitamrutam book is a mere book. It is a live stream of a glorious consciousness.”

The Sign of the Future

Sunday, April 17th, 2022

I just came across the website of Siberian Roerich Society, , where I found the following about the King of Shambhala tanka, read with automatic translation (Google Chrome browser) – please read upto the end:

The King of Shambhala Tanka

“In the exposition of the fireplace hall of the Novosibirsk Museum of N.K. Roerich can be seen the tanka “King of Shambhala” from the collection of the Roerich family. Let’s share the information that we managed to collect about this exhibit.
At the end of 1923, the Roerichs left America and arrived in India. They chose the Principality of Sikkim as a place for a long stop, renting a house near the city of Darjeeling. (…)
The entire Roerich family lived in this house for more than a year. They got acquainted with local sights, preparations were underway for the Central Asian expedition. The photographs of 1924 depicted N.K. Roerich with his sons Yuri and Svyatoslav in a room where the walls are hung with tankas, among which is the “King of Shambhala” tanka.
In the letters to N.K. Roerich to American collaborators dated August 20 and 27, 1924, we read: “Finally, an artist from Tibet has come to us and is now painting Shambhala, [beginning] with the King of the World in the center. Just think what we will bring to you! This cult is greatly revered in Tashi Lumpo (Tashi Lama Monastery). The expedition from Everest praised our collection of Tibetan paintings very much.” “And on the first floor [we] are painting the painting “King of Shambhala”….
When this unique exhibit arrived at our museum, we turned to Yulia Igorevna Elikhina (leading researcher at the Oriental Department, curator of the Hermitage’s Tibetan, Mongolian and Khotanese collections) to help us attribute the tanka. Here is her answer: “The second king of Shambhala, Manjushrikirti, is depicted in the center. He sits in the royal pose of rajalalitasana, with his right hand in the gesture of bestowing goodness (varada mudra), next to him is a lotus stem, on the flower of which there are attributes – a sword and a book (attributes of the bodhisattva of wisdom Manjushri, whose incarnation he is). In his left hand he holds a chakra, a wheel of teaching and a symbol of royal power. His parents are shown next to him in the form of bodhisattvas, since the kings of Shambhala receive teachings from their parents. The father’s right hand is in the gesture of fearlessness (abhaya-mudra), the left hand is in the gesture of teaching (vitarka).
Above are Buddha Shakyamuni teaching, with a white body, then Amitabha, with a red body, and Maitreya, the Buddha of the future, with a yellow body. Shambhala is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Below is shown the war of the last king of Shambhala, after which the era of universal prosperity will come.
Yulia Igorevna also drew our attention to the fact that in the picture N.K. Roerich’s “Banner of the Future” from the collection of the State Nizhny Novgorod Art Museum depicts exactly the “King of Shambhala” tanka. As you know, this painting is part of the Maitreya series, which the artist created in 1925-1926 and presented to the Soviet government when the expedition visited Moscow.
Regarding the name of this painting – “The Banner of the Future” – we will quote the words of Yu.N. Roerich from his book “Tibetan Painting”: “The most characteristic work of Tibetan painting is the so-called tanka (than-ka), a word usually translated as a banner” 6 . The painting also has a second name – “The Song of Rigden-Jepo”.(name of Sanat Kumara)
And one more picture of N.K. Roerich’s “Order of Rigden-Japo”, created in 1926-1927, brings us back to the image on the tank – the image of Rigden-Japo almost exactly repeats the appearance of the King of Shambhala.

In the book Shining Shambala, Nicholas Konstantinovich Roerich gives a conversation with one very respected lama: “… Rigden-Jepo, tireless, always awake for the benefit of mankind. His eyes never close. (…) Distance does not exist for him; he can help the deserving in the twinkling of an eye. Its bright light can destroy any darkness. (…)
A great era is coming. The Ruler of the World is ready for battle. Many signs are happening. Cosmic Fire again approaches the Earth. The planets herald a new era. But many catastrophes will occur before the new era of prosperity comes. Again humanity will be tested to determine if its spirit has developed enough. Underground fire is now seeking to connect with the fire element of Akash; if all good forces do not unite their power, the greatest cataclysms are inevitable.”

Video: Continuity of Consciousness

Thursday, February 17th, 2022

The French and German versions of my new video just went online, the English version was done a few days ago: “Wisdom Teachings: Continuity of Consciousness” is from the series done on the basis of texts from the Lunar Messenger. The text is also available in html-form on the WTT website.

About the content:

Those who have once had an out-of-body experience are no longer afraid of death because they know that they will not die when they leave the body. The mundane identity is always mortal, whereas the supra-mundane identity as soul is immortal. The soul is the ‘solar principle’. As solar principles we continue to exist, and we take on bodies again and again, life after life. The continuity of identity is maintained. To acquire this knowledge, we were born with a physical body on earth…

My elder brother Winfried gave me access to his archives of fantastic pics he took while he still could do bicycle tours – he went into the solitudes of Scandinavia and other countries. I used some of his pics for the video, besides finds from my own huge photo archives.

The video was done, like the last ones, with a layout developed for the Friends of the World Teacher Trust, and it was also published on the Friends of WTT YouTube channel.

ANIMA Channel – Uplifting Consciousness

Saturday, February 5th, 2022

Since 1.5 years, I am collaborating with the ANIMA project. ANIMA is a non-profit communication channel aiming to share contents that may uplift our consciousness and raise our vibration. You find here a blogpost about the Spanish launch in August 2020. And this blogpost is now about the launch of the new English branch of activities.

Once a month, I meet with the core team of Anima for discussing strategic questions and the development of the project. It is a small but extremely dedicated team doing all activities as volunteer activities in a highly professional way, and with a tremendous output of communication activities, mainly via YouTube videos. And they are doing a great networking including many different helpers (in case, you would like to help them, you can contact them via the link). I like very much the lively exchanges bringing in plenty of good ideas allowing also me to reflect on the work I am doing in the context of WTT and Circle of Good Will.

Some months ago, the team decided to step up their activities and produce also material in English. So, they adapted their website and created the ANIMA Channel. Recently, they opened an English-Only channel on YouTube.

They have already produced quite a number of English short videos about different topics related to living spirituality in daily life and right living. Have a look and subscribe to their channel or one of their playlists.

Not directly related to ANIMA, but going into the same direction of uplifting consciousness: This morning, I received a mailing about the launch of “Children in the light”, a new activity organised by Latin American sisters and brothers, through Zoom, in Spanish, starting today, Saturday 5 February, at 19:00 (Europe) via Zoom. Passing of a Great One: Thich Nhat Hanh

Saturday, January 22nd, 2022

Friends sent me this morning the information that today a great one has passed over: Thích Nhất Hạnh. The Buddhist monk left his body at the age of 95 (1926 – 2022) in Vietnam. In the 60s, he had been a leading voice in the opposition to the Vietnam war. and later had impacted the lives of millions of people. Here you can read about his life story.

I heard about Thich already many years ago, and consciously in the 90s through Buddhists among the Vietnamese refugees for whom I worked for 11 years. They had fled from Vietnam during the second wave exodus, and Switzerland had taken particularly vulnerable people from East Asian refugee camps. I met a lot of Vietnamese refugees, first in the integration centre for recognised refugees where I was teaching German language and first integration, and later as a head of “An Lac”, in the 90s a psycho-social meeting and counselling centre for South-East Asian refugees. Some of them deeply venerated Thich and spoke to me about his importance and a bit about their Buddhist life.

I never felt drawn to Buddhism but I was deeply impressed about the life and message of Thich, which largely is of a universal nature. He has taught mindfulness and right attitude towards life in a profound way. There are centres around the world, a central one, Plum Village in France.

My friend Robert from Spain sent me the following beautiful lines of Thich:

Oneness

The moment I die
I will try to come back to you
as quickly as possible.
I promise it will not take long.
Isn’t it true I am already with you,
as I die each moment?
I come back to you in every moment.
Just look, feel my presence.
If you want to cry, please cry.
And know that I will cry with you.
The tears you shed will heal us both.
Your tears are mine.

Talk on creativity and originality at the Theosophical Society in Seattle

Friday, October 15th, 2021

I was invited via Mark, a friend from Seattle, to give a talk at the Theosophical Society in Seattle via Zoom. The theme: “Creativity and Originality: From the Inside to the Outside and Back“. In Seattle, it was 4-5:30 pm, for me, it was 1 – 2:30 am Monday morning.

I enjoyed very much the “night fly to Seattle” to be with the group there, and several of my friends from the US participated. After the presentation, a member of the organising team of TS Seattle wrote: “Under the clothing of art you managed to convey much wisdom; it’s much appreciated”.

The presentation is about 1 hour. A month before, I had given the same talk for the German community of the WTT. There is also now a French version of the presentation.

Here is the link to the PDF text of the talk. And this link leads to the talk of my friend Mark about “Master KPK and Meetings with Remarkable People“.

Thoughts about the Passing of a Good Friend

Sunday, September 5th, 2021

Today two weeks ago, Jannes suddenly passed over. I was deeply touched when I read the e-mail of his parents informing that he had left – a thrombosis in the brain. His 33rd birthday would have been three days ago.

When I sent out the information via the mailing lists to the groups of the WTT, there were many reaction. Many people in different parts of the world knew Jannes. He had grown up in Berlin in a family deeply related to the WTT, and so he had participated in various group lives with Master Kumar, where I had met him early.

In 2006, I spent a week with my family in their home in Berlin. Jannes was 17, my boys 15 and 13. Jannes already had a pilot’s licence for gliders since the age of 15. And he even had a glider he could use, a 2-seater. It was stationed on a glider airfield in Brandenburg, an old military airport from GDR times, not far from Berlin. He spent all his free time there, in the aero-club. And he invited us for a flight. It was a great adventure for all of us.

I did the first tour. Shortly after starting, we reached an updraft and in small spirals we zoomed up like in an elevator, up to 1200m. Then we went to a tour over the country for 45 minutes. The next flights were my sons and my wife. The next days we went to different places in Berlin together with the Berlin group, and Jannes.

I met him several times in India. He was always very help-oriented, and so I asked him to take care of organising things for the group, which he did very willingly. I always tried to integrate young people in goodwill activities, for which it needs time, willingness to selflessly commit themselves, skills and the readiness to work in a team network. And endurance to carry out, under a certain supervision. Few were willing or able to do so. Jannes was.

In 2012 already, I had asked him to help preparing the German pages for the relaunch of the WTT website – quite a lot of work, and he was the only one working on this, carefully. In 2016, when we dared to bring a major part of the WTT website into Portuguese language, with the help of an American lady, a retired translator living in Sao Paulo, he also did it single-handedly.

At the same time, and besides his studies, he earned his living. Jannes worked in an organisation selling magazine subscription for nature organizations – for the birds, for the Nature Federation of Germany, etc. – a touch job, but he liked it. They went for a week or two to a certain area in Germany and there went from house to house, according to a plan, trying to get subscription contracts. From there, he received the money.

From a distance, I witnessed different crises he was going through, crises of relations which broke, crises in his studies, in the search to find his path. It was a rigorous training by life. From time to time we exchanged about it.

Jannes’ great dream was to become a Lufthansa pilot. He had to overcome a number of difficulties, and it was a challenging formation in Europe and in the US, but he succeeded. And there were long times between the trainings. So, he studied economy and later physics – he did not want to rely on being a pilot only. He did a bachelor and was about to do a Master degree. When he got his pilot licence, Lufthansa had stopped employing new pilots, so he went for a while to Air Berlin. Later, he got his job with German Wings, an airline belonging to Lufthansa but with lower wages. But then a little virus made its tour over the globe, and with the pandemia breakdown many pilots could not fly. Jannes was on short-time work and he focused on his studies.

The last time we met was in 2019 at Mount Shasta in California, during the May Call seminar with Master Kumar, his last international tour.

The last direct contact I had with Jannes was beginning of this year, when I asked him if he could help in the digital archives project, and he said yes. But the stage where he could be of help had not yet come. He passed over on Leo full moon. Thursday before his passing, Master Kumar had written:

“Jannes is very dear to me and to all of us. We let him go today himself as moon is ascending towards Full moon by Sunday. He finds his way into freer and lighter world. We join forces for his peaceful and later joyful journey. Om Santhi.”
